Overview

As the Managing Partner with the overall responsibility for managing and leading IFE Consultants, he is an internationally certified coach by the International Coaching Federation. He is a trainer first by World Trade Organization /UNCTAD / IFC, and by the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank. He is a Certified Public Sector Procurement Expert with over 20 years of work and Consulting experience gained in Uganda, East Africa, South Africa and Europe.

Since 2002, he has trained well over 50,000 people in more than fifteen countries in the last couple of years.

Peter is a leading Process and Resource Consultant with expertise in Governance, Leadership Development, Enterprise Development, Strategic Planning, Executive selection, Organizational restructuring, Research, Coaching and Capacity building.

Peter is the Country Team Leader of the highly successful CEO Apprenticeship Program – jointly conducted by Strathmore Business School Nairobi and the CEO Summit Uganda – the corporate sector led think tank, with approximately 100 graduates since 2013.

Peter is a trustee of the recently established League of East African Directors based in Kampala.

Peter is an Associate of the Uganda National Academy of Sciences.

Peter was awarded – The Best Professional Man of the Year by British Council and Management Forum-2005/2006.

IFE Consultants is the recipient of the International Arch of Europe Award for Leadership and Quality in Paris 2009.

Peter has conducted many Corporate Governance sessions and retreats for the Public, Private and Civil Society organizations. Peter has coached more than twenty sitting CEOs both in Uganda and in Kenya

In collaboration with the College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT) Makerere University, he is also the Project Coordinator of the first ever Vice Chancellor’s Innovation Hub…a concept being developed and field-tested for University Students in Uganda – starting with Makerere University which has now become the Innovation village situated at Ntinda.

This process will hopefully lead to student and fresh graduate participation in Eco/Community Industrial Parks and techpreneurship on one hand and the harnessing of productive synergies between the private sector and academia on the other.

Peter is a regular Guest speaker and Executive Coach at local, regional and international Universities during commencement speeches.
